Here is the playlist from my class yesterday. The Silent had a great turnout and it's always a welcomed change from the true Bikram classes. I was laughing to myself after class because it was definitely a 'Top 40s' kind of night. I was planning on going out dancing later in the evening so I wanted to get my energy level UP.
